About Me

I WRITE POETRY ... IF YOU WANT TO READ IT CHECK OUT MY BLOG.....If I am different it makes perfect sense because i am not like 80% of the people out there and my vision is different than 99% of the rest and there is only one me :) so why would they think like me and why would i think like them hardly mainstream :) so if my response isn't what you want to hear don't ask it the probability is that it may be more truth than you are willing to admit. My brother, Marissa and their baby Mia♥I hold my brother down forever .. you don't know how deep it goes .... nothing i wouldn't do for himI was born in Virginia and spent a lot of time in West Virginia and New York and some in Washington State. I am part English, part Canadian French and part Cherokee Native American. Trust that it is quite a mix. You cannot put me in the same little box as everyone else. YOU may think you have an idea of who I am but its likely that you don't. I have been through more hell in my life than you can see but I am opposite of what people thought . . because i am still here and at times you might even see me talk about it as sometimes it slips through the cracks of the pretty girl veneer that you choose to swallow as you spit out "pretty girl is pretty lucky" and at times i find that almost laughable.I write poetry but that doesn't mean that I am all frilly and sappy. There is a CERTAIN DUALITY that I possess. My mind is deep and my thoughts can be even deeper. I love to erase and start all over re-creating myself every so often. So just when you think you know me.... you really don't. Keep your mind open and you will find a way to fill it up.

THE MOST AMAZING Quote: We contain more than we've ever thought; we are far greater than our ideas can comprehend. When a difficulty pushes us to the edge of what we've known about ourselves, we can fall off or expand our borders. If we choose the latter, we discover we are bigger than the problem confronting us. And we learn that every challenge contains the gift of greater knowing. - Rev. Mary Mannin Morrissey

I'd like to meet:

I believe if you are to have a conversation that is meaningful you must have something to talk about and in its simplicity you will find it difficult after the first five minutes to expand on much more. To compare ideas and thoughts even when they contrast each other and through that you learn and expand beyond what was there in your individuality. If you are to grow you must be around complex people even when it borders a fine line of eccentricity it is that wild thought that you have been exposed to that can trigger a bundle of epiphanies inside your mind that sends you flying and allow you to change your perception, your environment, your choice. I want to know the staggering complex people I find it an invigorating challenge and enjoy it like the Cheshire Cat enjoys toying with a wealth of knowing what will be the outcome. So if i meet someone I want it to be someone who challenges me, makes me laugh, makes me creative, and invigorates my thoughts. ~hmshepherdPEOPLE WHOM I DO WANT TO MEET: CREATIVE PEOPLE People who have an intellect worth pursuing. People who are artistic/creative in any way. Musicians of all kinds, poets, writers, singers, philosophers, teachers or just someone that has a different point of view. People of different cultures are way interesting because they can always give you a new perception on how someone else lives and believes.absolute precision. mind altering epiphanies... how one thought, one occurrence sends you into a mindthink and all of a sudden you now know how it all comes together and how with your one action can alter the whole scale... pummeling down in a domino affect."Change your perception and You change your life"sometimes i want the darkness so i can become undefined if you can't see then you are forced to dig deeper into your mind...

Music:

"I DON'T HAVE TO FIT THE WORLD; THE WORLD HAS TO FIT ME" look deep enough into a man's eyes and you can see where he has been but if all you do is glance then you miss the miracle of his pathways and how far along he is on his journey ~hmshepherdTraveling anywhere. Movies:

love is just a title we use to explain a feeling upon which we don't understand"~and if truly it is what i say then love isn't really love but just another title of perceived substance if there be any at all~"a woman that can't be bought is priceless"

Television:

Books:

Mostly Non-Fiction anything I can find of interest. Race Relations, Brain Patterns, Psychology, Sociology, Philosophy and the like.

My Heroes are anyone who came from nothing and made themselves into something. Who tried so hard to come out of hell to produce something worth living for. Against all odds and they still proved everyone wrong. >never underestimate the power of survival.
