I am from Gloucester, MA- near Boston and lived all over the united states, hopin trains, being punk rock and all that and then settled down in Central MA for a couple of years, met and married my wife Gypsy(who is the most rockin girl I ever met), adopted her kid, moved to Rhode Island for a couple of years then we got a place in Nova Scotia and lived up there in 2004-2005(Check out the picture of my backyard-fucking awesome!). We spent the 2005/2006 school year in Minnesota where my wife got a job (she is a professa (Boston accent!)) and I am a scoota (as in Vespa) mechanic. We spent the summer of 2006 back at our place in Nova Scotia and in September we moved to Gloucester, MA (not real excited to be back in the old hometown but the wife thinks it is real pretty) we are going back to Nova Scotia for most of the summer of 2007 and maybe will stop back and visit in Minnesota late in the summer then back to Gloucester for the 2007/2008 academic year!Our oldest girl Rhiannon just turned 13 in February of 2007 and our baby Molly turned 2 in April of 2007.I got sober in 1999 and still am and I lost touch with a lot of folks and would like to re-connect and that is why I am doing this odd computer profile thing. Don't really like these computer things.Part of why we moved back to Massachusetts is that I have liver disease and am currently on chemotherapy and we wanted the family support that being in my hometown could offer (more in theory as it turns out than in reality). I am responding well to the medication and at last count have an 80% chance of the chemo working (or on to transplant). It will be 48 weeks of chemo hell before it is all done (I started in November) and has been harder than I thought it would be and without my fantastic wife working so many hours and taking over cooking and my older girl doing so many extra chores I would be lost. I am a lucky man, despite it all.
