KILL THE BRIDE!

BIO:
Straight out of Quebec’s south shore, Kill the Bride! is making his way in the Quebec Hardcore Scene since September 2005…
The story begins when JP and Chuck’s band split up. Soon afterwards, they decided to start a new project with an Hardcore edge. Arso joined them and they played some cover songs until they met the Riki Downtown nugget David. With this second guitar player, they began to work on their own songs. A month later, Dan joined the guys, therefore the line-up was completed. In January 2006, the band recorded a five song demo with David Maheux. The demo was released a month later during KTB!’s first live performance at Lévis’ Boulathèque. Then they did several shows all around the Province. Influenced by bands like Hatebreed, Misery Signals, As I Lay Dying and many others, Kill the Bride! is trying hard to make things change in Quebec’s Hardcore Scene.

Venant tout droit de la Rive-Sud de Québec, Kill the Bride! se fraye un chemin dans la scène Hardcore Québécoise depuis septembre 2005...
L’histoire commence avec la séparation du band de JP et de Chuck. Peu de temps après, ils décident de lancer un nouveau projet avec un son Hardcore. Dès lors, Arso les rejoint. Ils pratiquent quelques covers jusqu'à l’arrivée du Riki Downtown nugget David. Avec l’aide de ce deuxième guitariste, ils commencent à composer plusieurs morceaux. Un mois plus tard, Dan les rejoint pour compléter la formation. En janvier 2006, avec l’aide de David Maheux, ils enregistrent un démo de cinq pièces lancé un mois plus tard à la Boulathèque de Lévis. Après cette première prestation, KTB! se lance dans une série de spectacles un peu partout à travers la province. Avec des influences comme Hatebreed, Misery Signals, As I Lay Dying et plusieurs autres, Kill the Bride! tente de faire bouger les choses sur la scène Hardcore du Québec.
