About Me

Hello there. I'm Jamie, because of my parents lack of creativity during the naming process.I have a very satisfactory life. I am currently a sophomore in college, studying International Business. I have my own apartment in the center of the whole world. I also have a fuzzy cat named Bella; he is a boy. I am also in a great relationship with someone who has stuck by my side and supports my ambitions. I'm also on my way to being a mommy, which is the most amazing and scary thing I've ever been through. To feel your child inside you though, take my word, is a miracle better than any other. I have various interests. I read alot; mostly urban fiction, or about history, world religions , world affairs, social sciences, cultural sciences, or autobiographies if they are of people I admire. I also have a pretty big collection of books on grafitti, pop art, and other types of design. I also like cooking. I'm still learning now that I'm out on my own without Grandma's cooking, but I'm getting better and better. My chicken parmesan and meatloaf are grrreat! My passion is travel and everything cultural. This world is gorgeous and mysterious and full of so many interesting people and places that are beautiful beyond words. I feel that everyone should take advantage as best they can of this world, no matter who you are or where you're from. I am quite goal-oriented, am all of my major goals I've placed for myself so far I have reached on account of my ambition, persistence, and patience. Future goals include going to graduate school for journalism, and then becoming a foreign correspondent. I would also like to write a few books; I'm currently working on the first novel. Yet, my number one goal is to always appreciate the simple things in life like a warm day in the wintertime or a smile from a child. Also, to remain satisfied. Satisfaction may seem like a simple goal; You'd be surprised to know the amount of people who destroy themselves trying to find it, or keep it once they have found it. I would describe myself as; Responsible. Private. Ambitious. Passionate. Skeptical. Intelligent. Sarcastic. Creative. Proud. Silly. Intriguing. Those are more of the things I have become through years of experiences. I do not doubt that as the years continue, my attributes will continue to grow and change. I am imperfect and not afraid to admit it. I have faults, I have made many mistakes, and hurt many people, sometimes intentionally. I have made horrible decisions at times, I have ruined good things knowingly. Sometimes I made mistakes more than once. And, I do not regret any of it. There is nothing in my life I would take out, or have done differently. I am a better, stronger, calmer person today, imperfections and past and all. Go ahead and judge me, it's what you people seem to do best. Just look in the mirror, and look real hard, at yourself, first. I recently started a website to test my skilllllls lol. Check it out and let me know what you think. FREELANCEMOMMYSTUDIO.COM is the site! I'm Jamie, like I said. Now go read a book or steal a funny street sign or something, just get OFF myspace before it kills you!
