Lead Eye (pronounced "led eye"), formerly known as Unsocial Entity, is a 5 piece local metal band from a small town in Texas called Friendswood. Lead Eye first started out as a group of friends, with no musical experience what so ever, who messed around and played random music. Starting a metal band was an idea that Anthony had thought up in September of 2003, since there was no local metal bands in the scene at the time, and everyone in the band was really into that type of music. It didn't really kick off until Mid-October of that year. Anthony, with the help of his brother Zack Delgado and ex-guitarist Stewart Loftin, the music grew, and started sounding suprisingly very good by Mid-December. A new band was formed, and they didn't start playing shows until the summer of 04'. The first few shows started off at Cardis, a club in Houston. Eventually more people started noticing the band. When Halloween rolled around Anthony came up with another great idea to host a show in his backyard the night before Halloween. But not just a show, Helloween Fest was an idea to have numerous bands put on a show for hundreds of kids. Due to the amazing outcome, the event is now an annual thing. Once New Years rolled around Lead Eye recruited two new members they met through myspace, Tim Pardue and Justin Roop. Unfortunately, Lead Eye disbanded in March of 2005. Original guitarist Stewart and the two new members left. The old music was trashed never to be played again. Still with the passion to play the brutality their minds adore, Anthony and Zack struggled to reform a new band under the same name. One much better, heavier, and more sick minded. Zach Mchugh, a classmate of Anthony's, was given the spot as a bassist shortly after the disbanding and the search for the perfect guitarists began. When Anthony came upon Aaron Reeves in May he knew he was perfect for the band. Aaron quickly joined the quest and Lead Eye started writing all kinds of material. A second guitarist perfect enough to fit the pace of the band and sound has yet to be found, though Lead Eye will keep searching. Lead Eye is very devoted to their music, they all put in 100% effort into it and always enjoy seeing new faces at shows. So if you have the time, you should definately check them out!!
