Brianne

Hey there! I'm Brianne, and I have the privelege of living in the cultural epicenter known as Nevada, Missouri: population 8,700! My temporary settlement back to my hometown is buffered by the fact that I get to travel all over with my job as a college recruiter, and by the fact that I live with a rollickin' roomate from Seattle in an extra cute, refurbished bungalow just across from campus! I actually really enjoy working with my students, too, and I've found that work in post-secondary education really fits me. Excursions to Springfield, Kansas City (I really want to do more first Fridays artwalks in the Crossroads district), summer trips to Chicago , the promise of eventual gradschool, and cool local buddies also help make my life a happy place. I'm generally not shy, though I have my moments. I definitely don't mind making a bit of a fool out of myself for a laugh, even if it's in front of someone like Henry Rollins (which actually happened recently!).
