Kingtide

It has occurred to the Kingtide chaps that the biography that was here until very recently was hideously out of date, so another one is on the way.In the mean time, here's a short history...Kingtide have existed in one form or another for a few years now, and are part of a local rock family tree which incudes the likes of Circle 3 and Sixthline, but they have existed in their current lean, mean 3-piece form since June 2005.They have 2 quite different live shows, one is quite loud, forceful indie, the other a tuneful, harmony-laden acoustic act. The recordings stirke a fine balance between the two.They've been trying to make a record for ages now and are sure to finish some sort of CD soon. You can hear early, incomplete mixes of some of the tunes on this very page.Kingtide are nice chaps who enjoy life. Nothing to be scared of here.More soon.
