The Dread-Hero to The Revolution-

This Lion Preys On Evil & With The Power Of Zion InI Will Make Babylon Fall.

About Me

In the dawning of slavery seven elders of Africa saw their people's pain and suffering in this oppression. The elders paid witness to the failing strength in their people; mentally, physically, and spiritually. With this in mind they congregated in prayer and meditation. In this holy ceremony they made a promise to offer the strength and spirit of themselves and their ancestors to return to Zion and be used by an individual that JAH (God) saw fit to save not just their people but any oppressed nation. This individual would carry this torch of strength, history, and knowledge until his final days where he would then bestow his powers upon his son. Until each member of our people is freed from the locked shackles of hate and oppression so shall his hair be locked in the form of The Dreads and so shall be called. For like Samson, his power will lay in the dread also his ancestors, and his faith in InI and in Zion. Like the mane of the powerful Lion this will be his crown and he will watch over his pride stalking hatred where ever it may dwell. A year after the promise was made the last of the seven elders passed and with him his strength and spirit as well as his ancestors' to Zion. On that day, under a blazing sun, a young boy going through his rite of passage to manhood received a vision. In that vision he saw the sun rising in the east casting light on the borders of Kenya and Ethiopia. He went to his father and told him of the dream. His father told him that was the burial ground of the seven elders. Late one night the boy took the long journey to the burial grounds. Once there he got a since of home, and that this is where he belonged. He suddenly heard a low growl in the darkness in front of him. He started to make out two glowing green eyes. At that moment he knew what was coming towards him. It was a lion. But he couldn't move. The lion, step by step, moved closer and closer. The boy was overwhelmed not with fear, but with pride and strength. The wind started to blow as the lion sat beside him. The feeling of pride and strength grew and grew more and more as the sun rose behind him. It grew and grew until he couldn't contain it in anymore. As the sunlight cast down on the boy and the lion they both let out a roar that could be heard for miles. Taken back he fell to his knees and turned and looked the lion in his glowing green eyes. He heard a mumble of a voice inside his head telling him something but he couldn't make out the words. As the voice raised so did his hands. He knew what it was saying, "Put your hands in the air and let the ancestors seep through your spirit!" And as he did tribal markings suddenly appeared about his body. His hair quickly grew 3 times the original length into pitch black dread locks. And as his hair grew so did his knowledge, his strength, and his agility. He was a worthy adversary to hatred, and to oppression. He was and is The Dread. InI be hero & protector of the Revolution & the Oppressed. InI be the light of the Sun guilding my people away from the bliss of ignorance. InI raspect and with pride wear the colors of Red, Black, Yellow, & Green. For they stand for the bloodshed of and the skin of the people, the gold and the land of InI home. InI vow to use these hands as tools to tear down Bablyon brick by brick with the power of Zion.
