What's up all you badass A7X fans? This may be a little late but it's still sinking in for me personally. You crazy kids did it and we won...we all won. There was some serious competition and by the look on our faces, probably most especially mine, you could tell that it came as a shocker. I'll never underestimate our fans again. You guys are more of a family than fans and we've always known that so this award goes to you all as well. We showed over a billion people worldwide that Avenged Sevenfold is not a force to be reckoned with. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart once again. Last night I sat there praying that I might remain dignified in defeat. Instead I heard the answer of the army of a7x fans. We were the band who wasn't in the VMA limelight and wasn't on the commercials or billboards but we don't need any of that bullshit when we have each and every one of you stepping up to the plate for us in the most crucial moment.
