Things about me, hmmm ...... well, my name is Linette. Okay, seriously, Calla Lilies (especially white) are my absolute favorite flower b/c they are so simple yet distinctly elegant. Like the tatoo that I finally got in October 2006 only after thinking about getting one for over 6 years. It's 3 Calla Lilies which represents Compassion, Humor & Integrity.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I am a warm-hearted, considerate, loyal, affectionate, intellectual, trustworthy, adventurous and independent woman. I have a very easy-going, nurturing & extremely sarcastic/funny type of personality.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I believe life is too short not to laugh numerous times a day. Whether it be at YOURSELF (which I do daily especially when I wake up in the morning and look in the mirror) ... OTHERS (which is abso-fuckin-lutely the funniest when they fall but not if there's blood) ... or ... JUST BECAUSE (which I do daily as well and sometimes people think I'm crazy which may be true).~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Those that know me well, know that as of the past couple years (ok, the last 6-7-8 ...) I love to sing KARAOKE @ either the Rickshaw or O'Houlie's!!! For me, singing is such a great release. What I love the most about it is as long as you enjoy the song & sing w/ passion from your heart ... then most times, you get a great reaction from the crowd. Especially if you are singing songs they haven't heard in a really long time.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I really enjoy being outdoors so camping, fishing & hiking are some of my favorite things to do. I also love to play softball & basketball. I like to watch football & baseball. I love movies & listening to great music. But most of all ... I soak up any opportunity to spend quality time w/ my fantastic group of friends.I had the unbelievable opportunity of a lifetime to travel to Paris, France for 2 weeks in the Spring of 2003. If you EVER have the opportunity, I highly recommend it!! It truly is one of the most romantic & beautiful places in the world ... it is the CITY OF LOVE!!!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Believe it or not ... I am still trying to find "Mr. Right" (if he even exists ... which as time goes by, I don't think he does). I have never been married nor do I have any kidlets ... not yet anyway b/c I really do want children. I am looking for a guy that I can totally be myself around immediately. I am not about trying to impress anybody. WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET AND IF THAT'S NOT OK FOR YOU ... THEN MOVE YOUR ASS ON DOWN THE ROAD & PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE DOOR SLAMS YOUR ASS ON THE WAY OUT!!!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I want to find the right guy who loves me for who I am ... not who they hope I can be. Someone (most imprtantly) that can make me laugh. Someone that loves to and can cook because I can't and don't like to. Someone that is romantic in many different ways. Someone that isn't afraid to try and/or teach new things. Someone who is independent. Someone who makes sure that he takes time to hang out with the guys. Someone who understands that we don't need to hang out together 24/7. Someone who likes to go out on the town whether it be dinner and a movie or a pub or the theater or ... Someone who likes to go camping and fishing. Someone who loves to stay in and cuddle. Someone who can make me smile just by looking at him .....
