Cipuli is a funny story wich i'am going to tell you right now.
First of all its meaning is kind of plesaure for everyone who had been called like that.Anyway,"WHAT IS CIPULI"is borned 2 years ago while friend of mine was attending the english school in along the oxford street.Ihad just started out my experience here as well as our friendship.
do you know how the spain accent is?..really funny,.,.,In that day i was in a good moon,i was said to be funny and make joke so i wanted her to say CIPULI,then she did it.
After that she asked herself WHAT IS CIPULI?. as soon as she said that i started laughing off so much. Why did i think about it?
