Go to a hair stylist and get a nice shorter, easy to maintain style and keep it cleaned and brushed. Women like touching soft man hair while making out/fucking.Stay shaved. The 5 o'clock shadow you're sporting in the first pic is uneven and the mustache just looks ridiculous.
