The Advance is a punk, metal and indie-inspired 4 piece rock band from the city of dust, Wichita Falls, TX. With melodic hooks, fierce, often dueling vocals, and lyrics as hopeful and personally meaningful as they are dark, cryptic and challenging, the Advance attempts to blend its many musical influences into an ever-evolving storm of urgency, beauty, and aggression. The Advance’s contagiously high-energy live shows confirm the band’s genuinely passionate approach to their music, fans, friends, and their art.
Our goal is to live up to our name through progress, both artistically and as human beings. We do all of this for ourselves and for our family. Please add us if you’d like to become a part of it.
