Writing poetry, doing yoga, tai chi, and running. I love activity and try to be a busy body at all times. But what I enjoy most of all are massages. Not only receiving them, but giving them to those that deserve and that person that I'm with. I try to honor the black man that I'm involved with as much as possible as long as he believes and understands reciprocity.
Some really cool down to earth people.(I.e. Common, Kanye West, Erykah Badu, The Roots, John Legend, Mos Def, Talib Kweli, etc.). I'm tired of encountering people that seem to be borderline schizophrenic. I don't have time to be your personal counselor. If you are down for thought provoking, stimulating conversation or just joke around..then hit me up. By the way, Boris Kodjoe and Lorenz Tate if you all are out there: when can I get you both pregnant? I mean we need to stop playing games and talk about our real feelings. LMBAO!!But really just someone with great conversation that can challenge me.Someone with their head in the right direction that is not afraid to spark change.
I dig all of the Neo soul artist out there. The following are in heavy rotation for me right now: D'Angelo, Jill Scott, Erykah Badu, Common, Lelah James, Donny Hathaway, Anthony Hamilton, Alicia Keys, etc. I can't forget about brother Marvin Gaye and The Isley Brothers. Don't get me wrong, when the mood strikes me I do fall back in love with my jazz (ie Miles Davis, John Coltrane, Thelonious Monk, etc.) Music Video: DAYDREAMIN (by Lupe Fiasco)

Chapelle's Show ( I needed those laughs).CSI Las Vegas. The other one's I get a little lost unless I know its gonna be a good one. The Simpsons, Family Guy- because I need that good laugh in the middle of the week. And basically anything else that is good .. I forget, Boondocks on Adult Swim is a new favorite. That show puts it all out there and picks up where Chapelle left off.
Stolen Legacy, Assata, The Autobiography of Malcolm X, A Taste of Power, Black Empire, The Judas Factor, The Isis Papers, and They Came Before Columbus, The Holy Bible, The Qu'Aran
1st of all that would be God without a shadow of a doubt. He has guided me through all of my darkedt moments. 2nd would be my mother. I'm her twin and love every minute of it.
