About Me

First of all I am a born-again christain saved not by my own works or righteousness, but through the mercy and grace of the God of the Bible. Gotta problem with that? Then I guess I'll see you in hell. =) As a person I am nice, understanding, readily approachable and open....and then there is the other side: fuck with those I care about and I'll hunt you down. But isn't that what any real man should do anyway? Protect and defend to any length his family, beliefs and morals? Alas, such is our world today that such noble views are frowned upon. I love learning new things, especially science. I pick up random factoids all over the place so I have been called a walking encyclopedia more than once in my life. I love to hike in the woods, run long distance, read, (sci-fi being a favorite), I love video games too, (damn the japanese and their awesome games lol). I'm a Military nut, always wanted to join the armed forces since I was a little kid, so as of now I am in college as a Biology major on a 4 year full scholarship thanks to the U.S. Army. After I graduate from school I will be commissioned into the Army as 2nd Lt. I was home-schooled up until college and it was one of the best things that ever happened to me. At 16 I joined the Civil Air Patrol, an awesome organization for anyone interested in the Military or Search & Rescue training. A couple of my hobbies are building/repaining computers, photography, reading, running, training, and shooting, (yes, i mean real guns. duh). My many attitudes have been described as everything from "distinguished young man", "kind and protective" to "Emotionless Sociopath" and truthfully I suppose I have parts of all and everything in between. But then again I think that every human in the world has the abilty to be the best that homo sapiens have to offer and the lowest. It is up to the individual to decide where they fall regardless of their environment. "We're surrounded? Good! That means we can fire into any direction and hit the enemy! Heroes......most of the real heros are people you'll never see on TV, never read about on the internet, never hear about from your friends or co-workers, most real heroes have no aspirations to fame or glory, because its the motivation behind that matters just as much as the deed itself. Real heroes aren't in it for the money or glory, they have the satisfaction of doing what is right.
