About Me

My Space or Yours? Myspace Layouts and more at myspaceoryours.net!
Me? Well, still trying to put it together. It pisses me off that so many ppl put info here that is not true, so I will try to be as honest as possible. I am doing this in 2 parts. What I do and who I am. Most ppl are classified by what they do. He is a salesman, she is a hair cutter, etc. That is a huge part of our lives, but it is not who we are.. Oh there is an overlap, to be sure. But who we are is about our hearts (our personality, intellect, emotions). Since I think ppl have earn trust, I will focus more on what I do. For more, see my web site: http://www.geocities.com/plantcollector/

God Bless the Hell Out of You!

Life is short... Break the rules Forgive quickly Kiss slowly Love truly Laugh uncontrollably And never regret anything that made you smile. Life may not be the party we hoped for, but while we're here we should dance....

A positive attitude may not

solve all your problems,

but it will annoy enough people

to make it worth the effort.

------------------------------------------------------------ ---------

I am a rock-n-roller, sports car lover, biker, jogger, hiker, plantsman, photographer, speaker, web page designer, an encourager that uses a computer reaches out, prayer, I eat healthy, writer, poet, hang w/ younger ppl, travel, stay up late, but get up early - don't want to miss anything, juggling, magic tricks, walks in the woods, dogs, e-mailing, getting letters, watching gymnastics and ice skating, science fiction, comedy, picking flowers for someone, sending birthday cards or just a quick note to tell someone I care, being a tour guide to visitors, re-connecting with someone I had not talked to in a while or had lost track of , researching things, celebrating someone's birthday and making them feel special, gardening, being needed, tweaking something to get it just right for me, helping someone in an emergency, a good movie, listening to music, a postmodern type of worship/praise service, teaching a class (at times), reading (at times), quiet times (at times), going out to eat - but not too much, going to a bookstore, traveling, love it when someone comes to know Jesus, creative TV shows like McGuiver

My Interests

My interests? Way too many! Photography, riding my motorcycle, plants, IM, computers, tweaking things, reading, NCIS, movies, travel, hanging out w/ friends...

-----------------------------------------------------------

----------------------------------------------------------Wh ence comes this idea that if what we are

doing is fun, it can't be God's will?

The God who made giraffes,

a baby's fingernails, a puppy's tail,

a crooknecked squash,

the bobwhite's call,

and a young girl's giggle,

has a sense of humor.

Make no mistake about that.

Catherine Marshall, Spiritual Portrait

I'd like to meet:

Life is not a journey to the grave

.. with the intention of arriving safely

in a pretty and well preserved body,

but rather...to skid in broadside,

thoroughly used up,

totally worn out,

and loudly proclaiming ---

WOW--What a Ride!"

WildThing always wants to go on a ride!

So don't be too good or too wise! Why destroy yourself? On the other hand, don't be too wicked either – don't be a fool! Why should you die before your time?

So try to walk a middle course – but those who fear God will succeed either way. Ecclesiastes 7:16-17

....So I recommend having fun, because there is nothing better for people to do in this world than to eat, drink, and enjoy life. That way they will experience some happiness along with all the hard work God gives them. Ecclesiastes 8: 15
