Grand Emperor

Formed in 2004 by the three Empresses, the band started out as a female fronted power metal band. Although they had no drummer, they still played music without one. About 6 original songs were created then, with others in the works. Early in 2005, Brooke joined as a drummer. Although he had never played drums for a metal band before, he had played in plenty of hardcore bands.Redoing their original songs with the added drums, they still felt something was missing, and then some time later, Emperor Ikazuchi was asked to join. Soon after, the name was officially deemed as "Grand Emperor" and our names changed to fit. Our self titled demo was released relatively around that time, featuring power metal songs. Our Black Metal Project is in the works, and they have been added. Empress Mizu and Emperor Ikazuchi as vocals, Empresses Raichou and Kaze on guitar, however around this time our drummer, Brooke, quit. Ikazuchi has taken his place on drums, and still does the vocals.
