Making your heart ROT since 2005

About Me

What happens to those souls that are supposedly dead buried and gone away, well there are some I tell you that are stubborn and make sure they stay.In a particular graveyard there was one left to fester, in the cathedral grounds of old Winchester. He wondered the cobbled streets of the city, yet this troubled soul never drew pity, he haunted those that tried to exorcise that old ghost, as it was those that wanted rid of him that he hated the most.As all this poltergeist wanted to do was entertain the corpses with a song or two. he was desperate to revisit the taverns and reclaim the stage, as he had so often in a different age,This is not just a tale of horrible sadness, and what I describe to you might seem like madness, but if you wish hard enough to be alive like the dead do, then sometimes wishes can come true. You no longer have to visit the graveyard to try and hear him sing above the groans. As this ghost was reborn again in human form we can now hear all of his tones. So if you want to go and hear his haunting voice through live microphones, just look for posters advertising the reborn Philip BareBones.

Sounds Like: "Philip BareBones' understated vocals are no focal point here, being more an accompaniment to the acoustic brightness of his guitar arrangements. These's a nippy, organic vibrancy to the tracks which isn't far off the musical equivalent of being dunked in a mountain stream. Bringing in other musicians could only detract from BareBones' simple vision and are missed about as much as an anorak to an otter." "Iam Why You Are You" Promo review. The Fly May 2007
