About Me

I'm a 23 year old Icelandic girl and live in the Reykjavik area. I like fashion, design and art. I'm a student from Fjolbraut i Gardabae in arts and I'm now learning to be a tailor, I'm on my forth year. I want to learn fashion design and in my wildest dreams I want to be a successful fashion designer.

I love to party, I love to party with good music and good friends. I also like to take it easy, depends entirely on my mood. I'm really shy and get often frustrated for not having the guts to speak up. I have strong opinions on many things and I don't like to debate with people who have made up their mind. To me it's a waste of time.
I love to stay at home with candles, Nag Champa (incense), good music or watching a good movie, taking it easy. I like to keep things around me neat and tidy. I love second hand furniture, I love antique/retro furniture mixed with this and that and my home isn't com pleat without a vinyl player! I'm a vinyl addict, I own now a growing collection of vinyl records and hope that someday my collection will be as big as my dads, who are well over 4000 records! I counted my collection recently and they are around 500. I'm so proud of my little collection :)

My Interests

I love to create, I like to paint, design and make clothes, I’m very interested in old Icelandic ghost stories, I like fantasies, folklore, the viking period and just history in general. I love vintage and vintage fashion from 1900 to 1950. I can’t live without music, I love music and I'm obsessed with vinyl. I like seeing good live bands, watching good movies, playing a good computer game but I never seem to have the time. I love spending time with my gorgeous boyfriend (he's the best), I like playing with my parrot, dressing up and being with fun people. I like simple things in a complicated way.

Of tv stations I like watching National Geographic, Discovery channel and news stations like sky news and bbc news (I don't like American news stations), if there is nothing to watch on any station I have been cought watching E! entertainment, the station irritates me as much as it entertains me, it's a gray area. :P
