The ones I write...the summary of all my fears and life and pains and disrupted experiences.
My influences include Virginia Woolf (especially as an essayist), Yasunari Kawabata, the Brontë family, Flaubert.
I really enjoy Daphne du Maurier, Mme de La Fayette, Knut Hamsun, Margaret Mitchell, Voltaire, Hawthorne.

Through narrative deconstruction, I delve into madness, depression, anorexia. I create characters who are able to reach out through the page to bring me into the book and question my creative superiority on them.

Kenny Parker is my worst nightmare. My man, my dream, my creation and my lover-foe. But I've finished writing the book and I should move on to someone else.
