I am here for Friends

About Me

Several friends have mentioned MySpace, so I felt it was about time I signed up. There's not much to say about me. I like spending time with friends and family, traveling, shopping, driving...blah blah blah...your typical stuff. I've been described as a girly-girl, a nerd, a klutz. I would describe my self as your average girl trying to find out how I fit into this crazy world.

My Interests

Travel, cars, writing, Pacman, shopping, loving, music, friends, reading, did I mention shopping?, current events, the paranormal, marketing, fashion, biology, school, learning new things, meeting new people . . .
You Belong in Rome
You're a big city girl with a small town heart
Which is why you're attracted to the romance of Rome
Strolling down picture perfect streets, cappuccino in hand
And gorgeous Italian men - could life get any better? What City Do You Belong In?

I'd like to meet:

I would like to meet up with old friends I've lost touch with and keep track of what's happening with current pals.If I could sit down and chat with anyone, I would like to meet Bill and Hillary Clinton, JFK, Rob Thomas, Walt Disney, Eleanor Roosevelt, and more than anything I would love to have a conversation with my grandparents again.
Your Eyes Should Be Blue
Your eyes reflect: Innocence and sweetness

What's hidden behind your eyes: A calculating mind What Color Should Your Eyes Be?
Your Theme Song is Back in Black by AC/DC
"Back in black, I hit the sack,
I've been too long, I'm glad to be back"

Things sometimes get really crazy for you, and sometimes you have to get away from all the chaos.
But each time you stage your comeback, it's even better than the last! What's Your Theme Song?

Music:

Music is a universal language. It unites souls. I like just about everything. My all-time favorite band is Matchbox 20. Currently, I'm in to "butt rock" - ACDC, Aerosmith, White Snake, Bon Jovi - 70's and 80's stuff. I think my cute car has something to do with this. . . makes for great driving music. I also enjoy Jason Mraz, Justin Timberlake (LOVE the Future Sex Love Show on HBO), Lenny Kravitz, Anna Nalik, Elton John, Abba . . . the list goes on and on.

This may be the BEST music video I've ever seen!

Movies:

I know it sounds super nerdy, but I like superhero movies(Batman, Spiderman, Superman, X-Men). I also like chick flicks (Sleepless in Seattle, Pretty Woman, 13 Going on 30, Pride and Prejudice), and comedies (Billy Madison, 40-Year-Old Virgin, Dodgeball)

Television:

Right now The Office is my favorite! Funny! I have a couple of Tivo'ed regulars: Grey's Anatomy, Desperate Housewives, CSI, Curb your Enthusiasm, How it's Made, House, The Price is Right. Sheesh, I guess that's more than a couple of programs. It gets worse; I also enjoy several programs that are now in reruns, including Friends, Seinfeld, The Simpson's, Sex & the City, and Everybody Loves Raymond.

Books:

YES!

Heroes:

My Gram! Superman! Mr. Rogers!

What's the deal with the Michelin Man? Seriously, what is he? Whipped cream? A cloud? The Stay Puft Marshmallow Man's cousin? I don't know what he is, but I do know that he bugs. Why would a tire comp...

High School Reunion

What's the deal with high school reunions? Let's be honest. They're primarily an excuse for a bunch of folks to get together and compare notes. Who's more successful? Who's more accomplished? Who look...

Borat

OK, I saw Borat this last weekend. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I certainly didn't expect what I got. I'm curious to see what others think of the flick.
