About Me

I'm Kelly. I'm 19 and I live in L.A. I love music and I play the guitar. Incase you haven't noticed, John Mayer is my favorite musician :). I attend the Los Angeles Film School in Hollywood- it's a pretty intense program, but I love what I'm doing :) I get along with just about everyone. I make it a point to surround myself with people who are different from me...makes things interesting. I don't care much for politics...don't like hearing about it, don't like discussing it in depth. My brother's a Bush-obsessed neo-conservative, so I have to hear his crazy right-wing commentary all the time. My favorite food is chicken, especially the skin...best part (Roscoes- woot woot!). I love animals, and I'm very sensitive when it comes to them; especially dogs.
I absolutely love Conan O'Brien- I think he's the coolest thing since sliced cheese. My keychain proves this. I have a pretty high-brow sense of humor and a habit of laughing at/saying inappropriate things....
I have a pretty clear vision of what I want my future to be(and not be!); just figuring out how to get there. I feel 10 years older than I am. I love to laugh and am easily amused. I'm naturally a really calm person, and it takes a lot to provoke me (in any direction...). I'm a strong believer in karma and believe that everything happens for a reason. I recoil quickly ;).
I don't like to play games with people...say what you mean and mean what you say.
Although I haven't done very much in my life, I've seen a lot and I've heard a lot (which is probably a big reason for why I haven't done a lot!).
I value honesty very much, and I search for it in any way I can find it. It's rare to find people who are really honest and real; I've found that most of it lies in music.I always try to see the beauty in life, and in people. It's there, you just have to find it..
Sooo..other than that, I'm a pretty easy going person and very friendly. I'm always on a quest to learn. Make me laugh and I'll love you forever!
I dislike: onions, open doors, intolerant/disrespectful/rude/stuck-up people, spiders and other insects, sharks, racists, when people state their opinions as though they're absolute truths, bullshitters and phonies, Michael Myers, when people don't use their blinkers(!), rain and gloomy days, cheaters and manipulators, Debbie Downers :(, double negatives and other forms of bad syntax, bitchy females, real-life drama, politics
My favorite author is F. Scott Fitzgerald- aka Fitzy ;). I've never stumbled upon an author who has had the ability to incite such an insatiable desire in me to want to read just about everything they've ever written quite like F. Scotty...and I just about have! Ayn Rand comes in a very close second...it's almost a toss-up. She's a fantastic philosopher, whom I believe lived above and beyond the rest of the world.A few things to describe me: Optimist. Idealist. Day Dreamer. Reserved. Tactful. Observant. Selective. Uncompetitive. Intuitive. Objective. Curious. Patient. Shy. Independent. Understanding. Detail-Oriented. You can check out the montages I've made by clicking these links below...

You Are From Pluto
You are a dark, mysterious soul, full of magic and the secrets of the universe.
You can get the scoop on anything, but you keep your own secrets locked in your heart.
You love change and you use it to your advantage, whether by choice or chance.
You don't like to compromise, to the point of being self-destructive with your stubborness.
Live life with love, and your deep powers will open the world to you. What Planet Are You From?
Your Mind is Green
Of all the mind types, yours has the most balance.
You are able to see all sides to most problems and are a good problem solver.
You need time to work out your thoughts, but you don't get stuck in bad thinking patterns.
You tend to spend a lot of time thinking about the future, philosophy, and relationships (both personal and intellectual). What Color Is Your Mind?
You Are a Pinky
You are fiercely independent, and possibly downright weird.
A great communicator, you can get along with almost anyone.
You are kind and sympathetic. You support all your friends - and love them for who they are.
You get along well with: The Ring Finger
Stay away from: The Thumb What Finger Are You?
You Are 80% Peaceful
You are a very peaceful person. All is good in your world, no matter what's going on.
Occasionally you let your problems get to you, but you generally remain upbeat.
Your inner strength is inspirational - much more so than you may realize. How Peaceful Are You?
..
If you never stop when you wave goodbye
You just might find, if you give it time
You will wave hello again
That's the way this wheel keeps working, now
You can't love too much one part of it...
I will beg my way into your garden
And then I'll break my way out when it rains
Just to get back to the place where I started,
So I can want you back all over again
I don't really understand
The wealthiest person is a pauper at times
Compared to the man with a satisfied mind
If you wanna know the moment I knew that I was still alone,
I found I never learned your number
I only stored it in my phone
You'd think by now,
I'd know the shape of calling home
And I'm okay, if you're okay with wasting time
But when you trace, you always see the bottom line
There is a reason strong moves slow...
