Necromantik Sunshine was formed in 1997 with Brian Bordello on Lead Vocals, Programs, Guitars, Bass, Percussion & Electronics with a vision to create a more current monstrous sound. Being very influenced off of The Misfits, C.D., The Damned (to name just a few), he was joined by John Begley(Live not on Evil, I will I) on Backing Vocals & Bass; Adian Caine (aka Glen Strange) on Guitars and co-writing, playing at various venues in the Philadelphia/New York area such as John's Dark Corner at Ulana's, Upstairs at Nick's, the beloved CBGB's (Alchemy)in NYC, The Upstage at Revival, The Bank (biggest show on Halloween 2000 with hundreds in attendence), Bar Noir, The Trocadero, Club Space, the Khyber, and several Vesago's. They continued to include other members Ben Nam (Dead City Psychos, The Mongols and Red Wax) on guitar; Tito Altomar( E.V.P., I will I) on Guitars & Soundscapes; Musa Kramney (In studio) on backing vocals; Dave Falciani (Oko Jumo, may he rest in peace) on Engineering Electronics & Programs, Lenifer 6 ..boards and currently A-Negative on piano, keys, vocals and co-writing.They reached success by Spring of 2000, opening for the east coast leg of Gitane Demone's (formerly of Christian Death) "Stars of Trash Tour 2000" and signed a sour record deal with Cyberware Productions. They continued playing with other popular acts such as The Voluptuos Horror of Karen Black, Gene Loves Jezebel, Dead City Psychos, Cult of the Psychic Fetus, Inertia, I Will I, and countless others. Necro soon went on to be included on the Rozznet vinyl tribute to Rozz Williams that released their cover of "The Angels", Cleopatra's compilation "The Unquiet Grave 2" with their self titled "Necromantik Sunshine" (version 2). 2001 N.S. covered "Hurt" for the Nine Inch Nails Tribute compilation "Re-Covered In Nails". Other comps. followed and still do. After 11 years together (except for a 4 year insanity/imprisonment period with Brian Bordello), They return in full force working on a new album and their music continues to throb on dancefloors of many a Goth Night.
