I never know what to write on these things. Since I finished school, I have been moving like crazy. It has been tough to finally feel at home and then pick up and move. San Diego is where I live for now, and it is finally starting to feel like home. I know I love the west coast; I had a great time in Charleston; I miss Boston more than I thought I ever could, but Minnesota will always be where my heart is. My roommates have called me the most high strung laid back person they know… not sure what that means yet. I am sometimes in the mood to play beer pong and party and sometimes a glass of wine (which often turns into a bottle) and a movie. I love reading but never get to do enough of it. I love new experiences but don’t have enough of them. I love my friends, and I know I have a hard time being alone… although, this past year has taught me the benefits of having time to myself. I have made great friends in college and all the places I have lived throughout the years, but I don’t think anyone can top my boys from home. I have been through more phases in my life than I can remember, and I am not sure which one I am on now. I finally feel like I have mellowed out a bit, and I am happy where I am at. I am not sure where the Navy life will take me, but I am trying to do my job and have a good time.
