SYNTHPHONIA SUPREMA and FOGALORD
He was born in September 1982 and started to play Piano at the age of 11 to follow his love for Classical Music. His first own compositions (in Classical music) were made in the early 1996: a Klavierstuke and a ‘Russian Dance’ for Piano solo. From these days on he started to compose the music that will be his very first major work: the first Symphony ‘Paradiso’ for orchestra, finished in the early 1997 at the age of 14. The second half 1997 was spent to write his 2nd orchestral work, another symphony, called ‘Inferno’, finished in December, 30th 1997 at the age of 15. The following years gave birth to many other important works: a piano ‘Nocturne’(1997); two piano sonatas (1997-98); two Concertos for Piano and Orchestra (1998/99); a ‘Valse’ and an Ouverture for orchestra (1998/99) and a ‘Fantasia’ for piano solo (1998) that catch the attention of the international acclamed pianist Carlo Guaitoli who invite Dany to join his Piano Class at Music Conservatory: at the same time Dany entered the class of Music Composition, too. His last and greatest work of these years was the Suite for Piano solo ‘Noche’ inspired by the omonimous lyric suite by F.G. Lorca, finished in 2000.
In 1999 started to enlarge his music universe and joined as keyboard-player and composer the Metal band ‘Noting Else’ that became some years later ‘Synthphonia Suprema’ and release in 2006 their debut album ‘Synthphony 001’: in this band Dany develops all his musical influences: Metal (a love started in 1997), Electronic Music and Classical Music, of course.
In 2006 Dany created also his personal Epic Metal Band, called ‘Fogalord’ and actually he’s involved in the album composition: this project will involve also great metal musician like Alessandro Lotta (ex-Rhapsody), Frank Andiver (Wonderland, ex-Labyrinth) and Gabriele Palermo (from the German band Tragedian).
Meanwhile he keep on work with Piano and Classical Music; a Quintet for Clarinet and Strings was composed in 2005 and a lot of works are in progress.
