I'm an attorney who does a lot of political type work. Just recently finished my (very slooow) sixth marathon in Orange County. Hanging out with people who know how to be funny and have a good time is a must.

Well of course my landlord Bruce Robison and his wife Kelly Willis (hopefully they read this and don't evict me for trashing the house). Besides that pretty much whatever. From Snoop to Pat Green, its all good.

whatever I flip to. Mind of Mencia, Daily Show, anything Comedy Central really; Simpsons; CNN if they have bottom rung reporters running around in some sort of earthquake, hurricane or other natural disaster; Mizzou or UT football or basketball if they are on.
Some fav authors are Charles Bukowski, Joseph Heller, Jack Kerouac, Kinky Friedman...just be offbeat and rub some funk on it. Two I read recently that flipping rock are The Huntsman by Whitney Terrell and The Bright Forever by Lee Martin. Just slogged through The Spectator Bird by Wallace Stegner and well, umm, it sucked a$$.
