About Me

"One of the characteristics of postmodernism is a search for ways of living heroically in an inherently meaningless world. The more I contemplate upon death and my mortality, the more it inspires me to live my life like a work of art." Brian Clifton............."Necessity is what pushes you to choose an artistic life, when you feel the need to do something in your bones, your brain, and your body." Ludvine Sagnier............."Death is more universal than life; everyone dies but not everyone lives." A. Sachs......."We judge ourselves by what we feel we are capable of doing, while others judge us by what we have done already." Henry W. Longfellow......."There are those much more rare people who never lose their curiosity, their almost childlike wonder at the world; those people who continue to learn and to grow intellectually until the day they die. And these usually are the people who make contributions, who leave a small part of the world a little better off than it was before they entered it." William Sheldon........"Its good to rub and polish your mind against the minds of others." Michel de Montaigne "I am the great destruction," Matthew Shearer "Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle." Plato "Life is just one damned thing after another." Elbert Hubbard "If you have a talent, use it in every which way possible. Don't hoard it. Don't dole it out like a miser. Spend it lavishly like a millionaire intent on going broke." Brendan Francis I edited my profile with Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4

My Interests

Art, music, people, and enjoyment. I like books too, books are good. I like writing, and I like chicken grilled stuft burritos, and I like care packages from far away lands. I am also interested in the continuation of feminism and how it impacts our societal structure. If anyone has anything to contribute about that item specifically I would like to hear.

I'd like to meet:

..

Movies:

Sofia Coppola, Joe Carnahan, Chris Cunningham, Hayo Miyazaki, Akira Kurosawa, Christopher Nolan, Stanley Kubrick, Darren Aranofsky, Spike Jonze, Jean Pierre Jeunet, Alfonso Cuaron, Fernando Meirelles, Alejandro González Iñárritu, Guillermo del Toro, Jonathan Dayton and Valerie Faris. If these people haven't changed your life already they definitely should, some of the greatest film makers of our time, and some new ones.

Books:

Just finished The Lone Surfer of Montana Kansas by Davy Rothbart. Currently reading Going After Cauciato by Tim Obrien.

Heroes:

my Grandfather Raymond, my Uncle Carlton, and all three of my brothers who are all going to do great things, even if they don't realize it yet. I took this photo of Sharan, she didn't like it so I'm going to make her like it. She's pretty.
