About Me

BASEMENTALISM is a product of shitty commerical radio, influenced by the D.I.Y. attitude of a solid hip hop culture. We're commited to bringing the community some of the best underground, old school, and independent hip hop around, via our resident djs: Mung, Thought, Cysko Rokwel, Discord, Dylon, Lazy Eyez, and special guests.
We've thrown numerous dj battles (including the 2005 AND 2006 COLORADO REGIONAL DMC BATTLE), emcee battles, sold-out local shows, national headliner shows, and fundraisers.
Our show is also broadcast in Poland , by our brother across the seas, Double U Thomas, bringing dope music to everyone, no matter where you may rest your head.
You can catch us Saturdays, 4-7pm MST on radio 1190 . Live internet stream for you outta town cats. Be sure to check out our website as well, archives of our show are updated weekly, in case you got caught sleepin.
