I am currently playing drums for two bands - Tim Allens Bluestime Band & Project180.Tim Allen’s BluesTime is a texas blues style band with a tight rhythm section, smokin leads, & a some killer vocals. We play some cover tunes, but, most of our songs are originals written by us.Project180 is a christian rock band that is dedicated to God’s work through music. Project180 is more than a band, its a group of christians that believe God wants us to help other christian bands, worship teams, etc, who maybe trying to get they’re ministry off the ground...or maybe an established mission that might be struggling through some problems.I have been playing drums since I was three years old. I’m also completely self taught. I have a natural rhythm for the beat, & continue to further my drumming skills by practice & watching other drummers play. I learn alot just by watching other drummers. My current kit is a Mapex M-Birch 7piece in Black Forrest Sapphire with Sabian cymbals, Tama pedals and hi-hats, Gibraltar hardware, Vic Firth sticks, Evans heads, and DTS drum tuners. My kit travels in Hardcase cases. Mics are Audix D series. In Ear Monitors are Westone ES2 & a Sennheiser EW300IEM G2 wireless system.Aside from my Drums, my Mustang is my other money pit. Its a 1990 GT. I bought her on June 22, 2004 with only 83k miles....completely stock, right down to the intake silencer in the fender. I’ve since started modifying everything on the car...engine, suspension, wheels/tires/stereo/interior/body. There are now way too many mods to list here. I’m actually scared to add up all my receipt totals for the mods. She is quick, handles very well, stops short, looks good, & still all maintains all the creature comforts including a thumping stereo.
