Douglas Coupland, Douglas Adams, and that Da Vinci Code guy gets me every time! I mostly read reference material...stuff like encyclopedias, biographies, political essays and the like but I do enjoy some of the "classics." Crime and Punishment was amazing. Gorge Orwell's work is inspiring. I'm also quite fond of Kurt Vonnegut and Ayn Rand.
i'll give a zero sarcasm answer this time:My parents are pretty much my heroes. They're not perfect parents by any means but I can say with all honesty and certainty that they have lived their lives with their kids as their top priority. They've sacrificed more than anyone should for anything, let alone other human beings. It's taken me a long time to really understand them and I'm still learning about them every day, but my parents are the two most important people in my life and always will be.
