Sadgoth

So me, well i'm 38 years old and I live in Brighton on the South Coast of England and have lived here all my life...I have travelled around a bit and know most parts of the UK... I married the women from hell at 20, divorced at 27, and these account for the lost years of my life (I was a Born again Goth at 27, and found that the scene was still alive after so many years away from it)...I didn’t have a very good childhood (but that’s a very long story), and like many Goths its probably the reason I turned to the darker side, seeking attention and people that would not judge me (I love you all)... At the moment I work lots, and travel lots with work. I have a great sense of humour, and am very quick witted, if you cross Blackadder with Monty Python and Red Dwarf (with maybe some Carry On) you will be somewhere near my sense of humour. Can be a helpless romantic, and like nothing more than eating out in nice (normally out of the way) restaurants... Quite Artistic, love design and quite weirdly DIY (not sure how that works, but I am actually quite good at it too)... I love to drive, and think nothing of driving to Scotland if I want to go, give me a bunch of good CD's and I could drive forever...I love to travel, and wish I could travel more... I do not believe in any Gods, and when you are dead you turn to Dust...Religion was just created to help people deal with Death and Dying (just like the Tooth Fairy for the pain of losing a tooth, or the Sandman to make you go to sleep as a kid)...however if there was a God and there was St Peter at the Gates to Heaven, and he asked me 'What have you done with your life' then I would like to be able to reel a whole list of things I have done, and so I have a tick sheet of life, things to do and things that must be experienced. I'm always willing to try things once. (note, in no way would I ever go to heaven, who wants to sing fucking hymns for eternity and wear white...give me Hell, debauchery, and all the most interesting characters from history). I love the countryside, the more remote the better...I loved Cornwall loads till I went to North Wales, then it seemed small and not really remote (and full of bloody tourists)...and I loved North Wales till I went to the Isle of Mull. And Mull wins hands down, a truly wonderful island with wildlife on your doorstep, and the sound of eagles ringing from the mountains...wonderful...The Isles of Scilly are also quite wonderful and somewhere I must go back too... Highlight of every year is going to Leipzig to Wave Gotik Treffen (WGT), 180+ bands over four days, with more Goth stalls and shopping than you could ever imagine and an atmosphere to surpass any other Goth event anywhere in the world...a Mecca for Goths...I have also been granted the privilege of being a Mod for the Official WGT Forum website Due to numerous questions...NOPE I am not Gay!, just a Goth who likes to dress well...
