On the streets, it's against the law... in the pit, it is the law! Welcome to the home of the next evolution in Mixed Martial Arts! YAMMA Pit Fighting will take a unique approach to the sport by reviving the tournament fighting format and unveiling a new fighting surface that promises to revolutionize the traditional MMA approach. Created by Bob Meyrowitz, part-owner of the UFC from 1993-2001 and man who helped bring the first UFC event to pay per view, introduces a whole new spin on MMA. Our first event will be April 11, live on pay per view from the Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City, New Jersey! Our first one night 8 man tournament to crown the first YAMMA heavyweight champion with such fighers as Ricco Rodriguez, Travis Wiuff, Sherman Pendergarst, Tony Sylvester and George Bush! In Super fight action, Patrick Smith takes on Butterbean in an explosive match that can only end in one way; Knock out! And Oleg Taktarov continues his comeback, this time against UFC and K-1 legend Mark Kerr!
