My Interests

Interests:
I've been building my Jeep for a couple years now. It's been slow going, but I've been buying quality parts, instead of rushing the build with cheap stuff. This is my daily driver, but I'm looking for a new car so that I can start the next phase of the build.

I'd like to meet:

I'm a member of MallCrawlin forum which specializes in Grand Cherokees. We meet several times a year for our "Grand Slam" events. They're held all over the country, so check out www.mallcrawlin.com for the latest news.

I'm also a member of the Arizona Virtual Jeep Club which caters to AZ Jeepers. There’s lots of cool people who get together often for local runs.

I try to hit the trails at least once a month, but have been getting out more often as our AZ weather kicks ass this time of year.

Music:

Social D, G'n'R , RHCP, Foo Fighters, Incubus, Gym Class Heroes, I can't keep up with the new stuff, but there's some good music there. Old school hip hop, Slick Rick, DJ Quick, Dr. Dre , GangStarr . Cure, Smiths, Depeche, U2, all that old 80's stuff. My Zune is full of all kinds of music and I'm always listening to something different.

Movies:

Dust to Glory. Just saw it for the first time, and it's a great time. Quentin Tarentino flicks, Swingers! Vegas Baby, Vegas!!! Another State of Mind - Social D's documentary from 84. Adam Sandler gets me laughing. Old Eddie Murphy - Beverly Hills Cop, Golden Child "I-I-I-I-I-I Want the Kniiiiiiife", Coming to America "Sexual Chocolate", "Let your soul glo", and Harlem Nights - "You shot me in the god damn pinky toe"!!!

Television:

Extreme 4x4, MuscleCar, Build or Bust, Overhaulin', Import Street Tuner, stuff like that. See a theme here??? For network TV, their isn't anything on now, so who cares. These writers need to get back to work.

Books:

I haven't read a book by choice for a couple years. I have stacks of magazines though. Read these almost daily.
