About Me
"WORLD'S BEST UPCOMING DJ SUPERSTAR/PRODUCER!"
Summer 2008 belongs to Mr.BigTime

***ABOUT MR.BIGTIME***
With his first long-playing album F@%$, i think i am in love with...paris hilton!, the return of the legendary euphoria in the dance venues rages on! Parties in Ibiza and massive bookings all over Europe and the US, is something that is to be expected for this upcoming superstar DJ in the year 2008, with a wow of taking things to the next level and setting a new standard that others will follow. A soon to be household name in his native europe, soon to be multi-million selling producer, recording artist and promoter has found the rest of the world is rapidly catching up.
“I just came back from Berlin,†he says “It was huge! I saw people raving on the streets in the middle of the city. Das Bild said the highlights of the rave scene are new buzzers that are dwelling in their studios in the south of europe, where the weather is sunny. That’s crazy! I was really impressed.â€
Yet perhaps the only crazy thing is: what took them so long to find that out? Mr.BigTime has been DJing since the age of 17, when he first spun tunes at the an underground club in Celje. Throughout the early start of the millennium, he continued to wow crowds playing an eclectic party set of house, techno and trance at Slovenian venues as diverse as Platz, The New Platz and notorious Casablanca. Many people would be more than content with this. But it remained important to Mr.BigTime to take his music to as wide – and diverse – an audience as possible.
“For me, it is all about sharing my passion of music with the people that are ready to go wild,†he says. “That is why I DJ. A lot of super cool party divas think it’s so cool to play for people, but most of them don't realize that DJs actually spent most of their time in studios, so their good looks looks aren't just made for the stage and the glamor, deep down inside we're nerds and punani worshipers. But I love to play for my friends. When I DJ, I play for a taste of the wicked energy that the people in party throw back at me – it is all because I love to share my music.â€
At first, taking his music to the rest of the world proved to be an eye-opener. “I went from a record label to record label and got no response,†he laughs. “Which is totally fine with me. It was really funny more than anything.†Hitting the internet social sites at first, to show his music to the wolrd, the europe and US dance music lovers proven a sure thing and showed Mr.BigTime plenty of love. Some of them were initially not too sure what to make of Mr.BigTime and his exotic-sounding domineer of Slovenia, but the music was superb, they all said.
“The idea behind my music is to unite people into one flow and bring the social barriers down and create a place of pleasure and a state of mind where you can find a superstar next to a billionaire, a model dancing next to a student.â€
By the summer of 2008 Mr.BigTime is expected to become one of the most in-demand DJs in the world, headlining nights in America, Australia, Japan, South America and beyond. Meanwhile, Mr.BigTime’s career as a recording artist is starting to blast off into the stratosphere. His first albums F@%$, i think i am in love with..paris hilton! is expected to reached gold in Europe. The Mr.BigTime Sound is truly becoming a global phenomenon. “I am like a tightrope walker,†Mr.Bigtime admits. “It is difficult, but my goal is that the super-cool DJs of the world play me, and that I get played on the radio, too. That’s very hard to achieve, but no worries, soon to happen.â€
But Mr.BigTime is about to show that gift is no fluke. The 6 tracks on new album F@%$, i think i am in love with...paris hilton! prove we’re dealing with the rarest of talents – someone who can move hearts and minds on the dancefloor and the Top 40. “It’s a balancing trick,†he says. “When you make a track for the club, it is the repetitiveness that makes it work best; so it becomes hypnotic, like a trance. But when you listen at home, you look for music with a lot of changes – because that is what gives it emotion. And I love emotion. So I have to have both.â€
Mr.BigTime is also a relentless wall street perfectionist, very dashing and really good looking kinda guy making music late into the night, he is the guy who had the cops called on him many times by his neighbors because the party music was too loud. However, this didn't phase him and he can remember the promise that he made himself. The promise is to reach his goal of a party king and let nothing stand in his way. Through the ups and downs he faces in his pursuit of his dream, he would like you to witness his perseverance. He would like you to join in on a journey in which he is sure to reach the final destination of rocking the discotheque and making you all scream of pleasure... "You People Rock!" says Mr.BigTime.
Pleasure is the only thing to live for. Nothing ages like happiness."
