I love distractions that stimulate me...a good song, a beautiful woman, a great painting, an intoxicating smell, gorgeous weather, the company of good friends, etc. I am definitely a dreamer. I'm very much a romantic, extremely affectionate, verbally and physically. I love people. I love animals. I am a perfectionist and sometimes I'm the farthest thing from it. I'm very idealistic, always thinking about how the world can be a better place. I'm a lover. I'm a fighter for the things I believe in. I'm a healthy eater. I'm confident, secure and very proud of the man I've become. I love my parents and am eternally grateful for all they have done for me. I love my two nieces and goddaughters Sophia and Shakira. If I'm one of your close friends, there's nothing I wouldn't do for you. I'm completely honest about everything, even if it's something you don't want to hear. I'll respect you enough to be honest with you. I genuinely care about people and respect their different views, opinions and feelings. I think that more people need to learn to love and respect each other, embrace and celebrate our differences and individuality. I despise racism, sexism, people who disrespect women, any form of prejudice towards ethnic groups, cultures, races, creeds and religious beliefs that are not one's own.
When it comes to dating and relationships, I know there is comfort in the little familiar things that drive us all nuts...the things that define us and make us who we are, the things that are always overlooked. I don't need a national holiday like Valentine's Day to express myself, be romantic or do something nice for that someone special. I like women who are very affectionate (verbally and physically), sensual, passionate, romantic, fun, silly, intelligent, sophisticated, intellectual, independent, strong and open-minded, committed, faithful, supportive, kind, caring, considerate, thoughtful and warm.
I love music, art, film, good food, etc. I have an extensive collection of music and movies (into the thousands on both counts). I love to go to art shows, the beach, good clubs and lounges, a quaint evening out or hanging with my friends. I love going to concerts and I love performing. I love to travel and need to do more of it. I spent almost 4 years of my life traveling America, mostly out west. I've been to 48 of the 50 states, Canada, Mexico, Amsterdam my favorite place, where my heart is, Lebanon.

A lot. People are forever asking me about what I do, I guess because everybody knows me for something, so here it goes:
Im a musician (I play guitar, bass and derbeki). I perform playing the derbeki with Simone The Arabian Princess from Lebanon and our troupe of belly dancers, The Stars of the Night .
Im a DJ (DJ FLuX). I started spinning at the Florida Theatre when I went to school in Gainesville, FL in 1994, then Orlando, Miami, and back to Jacksonville. I was the Art Bars first DJ and helped to build its momentum. Ive also spun or been a resident at Club 5, Xanadu, Thee Imperial, Fat Kat, Paradome, 618, Lillians and I also hosted the infamous Ecoutent parties with Christina and Greg Long.
Im an artist working in many different mediums, mostly acrylic paint and mixed mediums, watercolor, charcoal and photography. Ive done several art shows in the past and as one of the original Brooklyn artists (when it was in Brooklyn, Riverside), helped start the now famed Art Walk. I am working on a large book that will consist of my paintings, drawings, photographs and poetry where a second printing will be available for sale sometime in the future.
I have been the Show Production Director/Coordinator for all the LOVE BRIGADE Fashion Shows here in Jacksonville (based out of Brooklyn, NY), I will be managing all the Florida LOVE BRIGADE accounts as well as possibly designing for the line. The owner of LOVE BRIGADE is one of my very best friends, Alyssa.
Im a professional make-up artist and do fashion shows or events for different lines (Chanel, Estee Lauder, MAC, etc), although my favorite gig was doing my best friends wedding.
Before I moved back to Jacksonville, I was working as a Recording Engineer in Miami. I have an Audio/Recording Engineering Specialized Degree from the famed audio school, Full Sail Center For The Recording Arts. Unfortunately, the market for recording studios in Jax is next to zilch, so not a whole lotta recording goin on here.
I do some modeling (whoopee) - print and some runway. I love fashion.
I've worked as a Fashion Consultant and Personal Dresser and still sometimes do.
I work in the ILA Local 1593 as a checker.
I love to cook and Im working on two cookbooks: a Lebanese cookbook and a cookbook of my own creations and concoctions.
Oh, and I LOVE my rare, classic, vintage 1975 Porsche 914.
