Im an apprentice chef, and loving it! i have come to it a little bit later than most, deciding my career in science/medicine wasn't how i wanted to spend day in day out. I have done some travelling, spending 18 months living in england, and backpacking around some of europe. That was about 18 months ago, and i still get the bug from time to time, but now im focused on my training, and once complete, im hoping to go travelling again... but how life can change in an instant. I work alot, 5 nights a week, which really impares my ability to socialise, but in my time off, i do try to catch up with friends, see movies, or just hang out. Always up for meeting new people too.
