...designer, developer and spectrum friendly...

About Me

Hmmm ok, a little bit about me; I'm a web media designer and developer, designing and building websites - It's something i've loved doing since I was a kid, rememebr the spectrum days? ahh the old 48k... :) Anyway, I'm a bathonian (that is, I live in Bath) and love the place! The atmosphere in Bath is me down to a t. I'm a pretty laid back person, though very dedicated to my job.
I find theres nothing like a good beer garden in a relaxed pub to chill in, or if it's cold just give me a pub! But also staying in with a takeaway and a drink. I was brought up in the countryside, nothing beats it, and thats also walking 3 miles to the nearest shop!
Cooking is a hobby of mine, which when I have time I love doing. Especially making up interesting new dishes; Anyone dare try some? And although sad, racing RC's when I have time and when I don't break them! (That is Remote Controlled vehicles for the lesser geekier). I'm also partial to the odd spell of camping, nowt but a tent, sausages and the will to brave the cold! Though I have to be in the right mood for that. And nothing will ever stop me going to Glasto festival (unless they cancel it for a year!) - been going for the last 6 or so years, its like my second home! Not done too much travelling but been to France, USA, Rhodes, Ibiza and lately Dublin (loved it there - got to go back there one day). I really want to check out New York, China, and Australia.
I love music and movies, and would say I have quite a broad range of taste's, I take the view of i'll listen or watch anything before I go yay or nay. Very much like music from Pink Floyd to Enya to Pendulum to Queen - beat that! I do like the odd thriller/horror movie, things like Cabin Fever, Wrong Turn, Hostel and of course, the geeky stuff like Hackers and the Matrix etc. Favourite band? Pink Floyd and Queen all the way (yes i'm very old!)
Now, work... I'm self employed, and that means I can work for anyone ;) I'm very much non-corporate but after spending over 5 years previously in this field it has tought me about "the office side". I feel at home being creative, being different? And I guess, being bespoke. I dabble in site design, developing, ident branding, campaigns, virals, media and the like. So whether its branding or a full website - give me a shout. Check out some of the sites i've built via the links below and if you like what you see tell me!
You Have a Phlegmatic Temperament
Mild mannered and laid back, you take life at a slow pace.
You are very consistent - both in emotions and actions.
You tend to absorb set backs easily.
You are cool and collected.
It is difficult to offend you.
You can remain composed and unemotional.
You are a great friend and lover.
You don't demand much of others.
While you are quiet, you have a subtle wit that your friends know well.
At your worst, you are lazy and unwilling to work at anything.
You often get stuck in a rut, without aspirations or dreams.
You can get too dependent on others, setting yourself up for abandonment.
What Temperment Are You?
