About Me

Well, about me...really about me. Red hair, blue eyes, freckles, I'm soon to be 32 years young, will be a bookworm until death, firm believer music is soul saving, very blessed to be married to someone that growing together has been rewarding, patience is the hardest lesson right now because I want to start school soooo bad, 3 little doggies always bring a smile to my day, shoes that you don't have to tie will always be on my feet, maubry mountain swimming holes are my favorite summer place, coffee with honey, my grandmothers spanish rice makes my mouth water, my moms goulash has been my favorite since I can remember, having a sister with the same funny facial expressions, mimosa trees in bloom, & GOOD hugs! This layout was handmade with love by the folks at My space or yours? Go get one!

My Interests

My main interest is still the study of the human, learning about the body as an entire unit and not something divided into parts makes me excited to start school. Other than learning, Kevin and I hang out all the time and just goof off.

I'd like to meet:

everyone. .. .. ..

Music:

Let's see, all kinds. The Pixies along with Frank Blacks solo albums, Chuck Ragan, just about any instrumental surf music, Black Flag, Minutemen, Kings of Leon, Hot Water Music, Jack Palance Band, Daniel Johnston, Nuetral Milk Hotel, Drop Kick Murphy's, Pogues, The Sandals, The Kinks, The Animals, Replacements, as well as Paul Westerburg's solo albums, Motorhead, Bill Withers, Johnny and June Carter Cash, Willy Nelson, Avail, Foo Fighters, Dick Dale, Charlie Walker, Minor Threat, this is a small collection of what I enjoy listening to.

Movies:

I enjoy lots of movies... but comedy and super scary are what I watch the most.

Television:

The Office, My name is Earl, Discovery and Discovery Health, Science Channel, You are what you eat(BBC), Manic Organic, Get Fresh with Sara Snow, Arrested Development(I wish it was still on, if you haven't seen it check it out)... thats about it.

Books:

I am enjoying an Eckart Tolle book at the moment.

Heroes:

Any one person that had or has the courage to truly live life and try to make the most of themselves and to teach that to others is a hero.Go placidly amid the noise and the haste, and remember what peace there may be in silence. As far as possible, without surrender, be on good terms with all persons. Speak your truth quietly and clearly, and listen to others, even to the dull and ignorant; they too have their story.Avoid loud and aggressive persons; they are vexatious to the spirit. If you compare yourself with others, you may become vain or bitter, for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself.Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans. Keep interested in your own career however humble; it is a real possession in the changing fortunes of time.Exercise caution in your business affairs, for the world is full of trickery. But let this not blind you to what virtue there is; many persons strive for high ideals, and everywhere life is full of heroism.Be yourself. Especially do not feign affection. Neither be cynical about love, for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment, it is as perennial as the grass.Take kindly the counsel of the years, gracefully surrendering the things of youth. Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune. But do not distress yourself with dark imaginings. Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness.Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself. You are a child of the universe no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here. And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should. Therefore, be at peace with God, whatever you conceive Him to be. And whatever your labors and aspirations, in the noisy confusion of life, keep peace in your soul. With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be cheerful. Strive to be happy.
