Influences: Once upon a time a boy, Laurens, discovered the world of electronic music. The only member of the family who was interested in Electronica. Nobody expected that he would keep himself busy with music nor creating music. He was an outstander but made his way to the turntables, quite unexpected as he finds so himself. Started with the name DJ Mooda until he took his first step behind the turntables as DJ Lauwson. Using wicked Drum&Bassbeats and partystarting Electrobeats he likes to bring an amusing partyvibe at any event.The first contact with Electronica was towards Rave/Techno from my father. Early I was familiar with I Love Techno which was a dream for me to be part of that, names like Umek, Green Velvet, Joey Beltram and many more were already written in my mind. Until I met Drum&Bass. The First CD I received from my sister was in 2001. From that moment I combined these genres as my favorites. I would say my insparation comes mostly from names like Mr. Oizo, G Dub, Benny Sage and many more...
