About Me

I work and apprentice under Dan Plumley at Skin of Different Color Tattoos in Aurora IL. I absolutely love the shop I'm at and the artists who surround me. Like everyone I'm a work in progress and I give my faults their stage in my work. I strive to progress my artwork technically and to better myself in any positive means. I use Infinite Iron and Joshua Carlton machines. I highly recommend both if you're running coils.

My Interests

Walking around aimlessly late nights, tattoos, reading, watching and talking about movies, discussing politics with friends. Taking pictures of people being themselves. Finding new things to get a short term consumer addiction (currently it's back to drinking coffee; not a good one). Wishing for chances to travel...I miss 3 a.m. on the beach in Crete with my cousins.

I'd like to meet:

Other artists, galllery owners, film lovers,

life updates, Gallery show, live painting event!

It's been awhile without an update. As with any life there's been some dynamic changes and some rather trivial moot points that only bother me on the most superficial level. For the former I'm now at...

i-pods and the death of mixtapes.

I used to draw out covers for the mixtapes I'd give to friends. On the tape itself I'd illustrate on the hard plastic with oil based crayons and paint markers. My friends would tell me of the mess ...

Lagrange diaries: a collection of ramblings through the week.

I've finally been able to enjoy a bath. For those who know me they know I enjoy my solitude. In a bathtub I can melt and daydream for a bit...read until the water turns cold and use my feet to lift t...

Lagrange entries vol:1

I'm sitting in the Starbucks in Lagrange. It's started snowing outside and it drapes downtown La Grange in a calm off blue. Like natural light off the side of a diamond. Not as harsh as sunlight. The...
