Lets call him Jerome.Jerome will go to Miami, Panama City or Cancun on a quest to score some ass with a sexy co-ed. So what does he do? Jerome goes shopping for clothes, jewelry, gets a fly haircut and spends a lot of time and money preparing for his adventure. When he arrives, its like Chest-ure Island. Women are everywhere. 5 days in the sun and he's hoping to score.Well what usually happens? Five days turns into two days, and he's only caught a few digital photos with some girls and managed to finger a girl at a club. Cool, but nowhere near his goal. As his trip winds down, so do his funds. The only thing that rises is his desperation. Every girl he meets, he now acts jittery and nervous, because he knows that his time is running out.The morning of his flight back home, he manages to get a girl into his hotel room after spittin some game. They start to make out and he says to himself, "Finally—some ass!" Room service begins to knock on his door but he yells, "One more hour!" As he reaches for the condom, the girl grabs his wrist and says, "I cant…Im on my period." Jerome tries to convince her anyway, asking her, How heavy is it? and starts to run to the bathroom to find a towel. When he finally finds one, he turns back to the bed…the girl is gone and the door is open. By the time he gets to the door, shes already downstairs getting into her car.While this scenario might seem dramatic and overblown, similar situations happen all the time. The lesson here—never put all your eggs into one basket. In the above example, imagine the expression on the girls face. She was probably even a bit frightened. Since Jerome had no backup plan, he was fully dependent on her for achieving his goal. Sensing his anxiety, she used this as an opportunity to get out of there. It was probably a good idea.
