..I am a ball of pure loving energy, I take in the energy around me and increase it sending it back out through my heart into the ethereal soup that we all are swimming in. I believe that we embody the creator when we create, becoming a direct chanel to our higher self. With this in mind, I dance through existence creating beauty in each breath, dance in every movement, being the now. Fire with dance, music and community/family create my trinity of sustainable coocreation. Stillness in action. I am extremely driven to be the most pressent I can be in any situation, more foccused with the journey than the destination.
