Distant Truth @ MASSIVE Sounds Festival

. When people mention “Distant Truth”, the general consensus amongst the loyal supporters is of great energy and hype.

Distant Truth has brought a heavy based melodic sounding presence and dumped it at the door of the ever growing Brisbane music scene. “Their live energy and combination of sweeping melodic riffs and explosive vocals really separates this band from the others and i’m sure they will convert everyone who sees them in action”.

The mere existence of Distant Truth does not take away from the professionalism and attention to detail that every member of this quintet band delivers. Since forming in early 2006 and exploding onto the Brisbane music scene in April, Distant Truth did not disappoint with their first two shows a great success and regular and ever growing attendance at every show they play.

The band consists of Dave Nankervis [Lead Vocals], Liam Bryant [Guitar, Vocals], Ben Holcroft [Guitar], Chris George [Bass], and Tom Wilson [Drums]. These long time friends will go to any length to ensure that every person who witnesses their display of raw emotion and energy on stage will not go home disappointed.
