Officially launched in the summer of 2000 by Varick Rosete and Ken Panganiban, Tsinilas Clothing Company offers products that showcase a mix of attitude, humor, and stream-of-consciousness not commonly found in other companies. Unique is definitely the word as Tsinilas Clothing Company strives to keep their designs on the cutting edge of casual wear. And it all started with a little sketch known as the "Tsinilas with Teeth" design.

Tsinilas is what Filipinos call their slippers, much like "flip-flops." The mere mention of tsinilas is immediately associated with being Filipino.
