TEN COMMANDMENTS FOR BETTER HEALTH
1. Trust in divine guidance.
2. Be kind to your fellowman. Be selfless.
3. Exercise daily; walk in sunlight, and breathe pure air. Enjoy some outdoor sport.
4. Eat in moderation. Adhere to a natural diet.
5. Avoid alcoholic beverages, tea, coffee. Drink pure water, fresh fruit and vegetable juices. Avoid starches and carbohydrates.
6. Take regular skin care and baths. (Some soaps are harmful!)
7. Expose nude body to fresh air and sunshine, Can be done indoors.
8. Get enough sleep and recreation. Never work to fatigue. Sleep before 12 midnight is the healthiest.
9. Dress according to weather conditions. Do not overdress.
10. Avoid anger, hate, jealousy, worry and the like. They are detrimental to good health.

RULES FOR PROPER EATING
1. Do not drink liquids with meals.
2. Wait at least one hour after meals before you drink, or drink at least one hour before meals.
3. Chew food thoroughly. Eat slowly.
4. Never overeat. To under eat does no harm provided one eats a proper diet.
5. Eat green and yellow vegetables raw, if possible, or slightly cooked. Drink the water you cook in.
6. Eat at least one whole citrus fruit per day.
7. One serving of fish and one serving of liver at least once a week.
8. 100% whole grain cereals and bread.
9. Abstain from white flour and refined sugar products.
10. Abstain from artificial sweets, eat sweet dried fruits and fresh fruits instead.
11. Abstain from alcoholic beverages. Replace them with fruit juices.
12. Avoid drinking regular coffee or tea. Drink herb teas instead.
