Doornail Dorothy
by Dark Lotus
[Shaggy:]
I was skipping down the block when I heard some moaning
It was Dorothy she said she need some loving
Who the fuck was I to say no?
I took her to the crib, popped in that one movie Ghost
And it was on, my clothes got to pealing
It was sexual healing, but with no feeling
I was sticking my dick into thin air
And right when I busted, Dorothy disappeared
[Monoxide:]
When I met her it was January, middle of winter
I was alone up in my attic where nobody could hear her
It was just a cold gust of wind, I felt somebody pass through me
When I opened up my eyes, my only love appeared to me
Long hair, and she was bald in spots
And her skin was just as soft as a parking lot
And it was love at first sight
I'd never seen her again
And to this day I'm in my attic waiting on my girlfriend
[Chorus:]
Baby, I'm dead but I need you
I'm buried right here, and I'll never leave you
(Baby) She's deader then a doornail, looking for love
Doornail Dorothy was the neighborhood ghost.
(Baby) She's deader then a doornail, looking for love
Doornail Dorothy was the neighborhood ghost.
[Violent J:]
I started blowing her up with seance after seance
It's my turn, Violent J, to get in them pants
We went for ice cream but we almost got arrested
"Look he's got a dead body and he's over there molesting it"
I had to throw her in the trunk and take her to the crib
Cause mother fuckers always trippin, they need their money shit
We made love, rigor mortis set and my dick got stuck
But we didn't give a fuck
Hold me forever tight Dorothy
[ABK:]
I once met this chick, I believe her name was Dorothy
She had a banging body but her skin was kind of corpsey
I took her on a blind date, except this bitch was dead
I met her through my homie, guess he found her in his basement
I really didn't mind cause at the time I' kind of lonely
Even though she's dead, I only need someone to hold me
Was it a wise choice? Only time will tell.
But I had to fuckin leave cause she was deader then a doornail.
[Madrox:]
She was looking like a squatter but she was a little hotter
Then the average homeless bitch with the holes in the sweatshirt
Showing off a nipple ring scars and all
But the party don't stop until she loses her bra
Panties are next to come, Oh Double F
But her sugar ain't as tight as that hole in her neck
She don't need respect, she just needs some dick
And me and the Lotus steady in and out of that ghastly shit.
[Blaze:]
We hooked up at a block party
That's the point where I remember
Sneaking into her house to smoke a couple joints
I smoked my light in there
She was hanging by surprise
With her fuck me boots, giving me the fuck me eyes
I took the ropes off, and bent her right over the washer
I took a little time cause body parts kept falling of her
I banged her fuckin neden until her head fell off
Picked it right back up so I could bust in her mouth.
Baby, I'm dead but I need you
I'm buried right here, and I'll never leave you

Dark Carnival (ICP)The Dark Carnival is the subject of a mythology presented on a series of albums by the horrorcore rap group Insane Clown Posse, known as the 6 Joker's Cards albums. The Dark Carnival is described as an omnipotent and omniprescient force that employs the ICP to do its bidding. Each album reveals more of what happens to you when you die, and how your sins impact your voyage to Shangri-La (Heaven) or Hell's Pit. The Shangri-La portion of The Wraith double album speaks of the advantages of being a good person and going to Heaven. On Hell's Pit, ICP speaks of what happens when you go to Hell to try to get those who sin to change their ways.
The Dark Carnival saga is akin to a Juggalo religion, although it is not organized. The Joker's Cards map out the basic faith, which attempts to discourage violence and negativity in favor of love and community. (Each "card" corresponds to one album, except for the final card, "The Wraith", which corresponds to two albums, The Wraith: Shangri-La and The Wraith: Hell's Pit.) Below is an outline of the beliefs, which are meant to draw parallels with reality instead of being taken literally.
The Carnival of Carnage is the physical extension of the Dark Carnival. It holds many exhibits, freakshows, games, and rides - all directed towards the wicked. It is a Purgatory-esque place of judgement. The rest of the Joker's Cards are contained within the Carnival of Carnage. When you die, the Wagons come to take your soul here for their trials.
The Ringmaster is, as his name suggests, the ringleader of the Carnival of Carnage. He gains his power from sin and hatred; as such, his strength is different for each soul. If you can best him in combat, you move onto the next Card. If he is too powerful for your soul to conquer, you get a ticket straight to Hell's Pit.
The Riddlebox is a small jack-in-the-box, adorned with only a metal crank and a question mark painted on the front. Your task is simple: you must turn the crank. If your soul is righteous enough, a Heavenly light comes from the Riddlebox and you may proceed. However, if your soul is too tarnished, the floor drops out from below you and Satan claims you for all Eternity.
The Great Milenko is a "necromaster", a caster of illusions and the physical manifestation of greed. He clouds your mind with evil desires of greed and hate in a last-ditch effort to turn you from the path of righteousness. If you can succeed in abstaining from his charms, you are free to take the next test. If you give in, though, you will be cast down into the Pit.
The Amazing Jeckel Brothers are twins, born of flame, who juggle your fate. They dance around, tossing bloody balls which represent a person's various sins. Jack Jeckel is the Wicked, trying to make Jake (the Just) fumble and thus drop a ball. A differing number of balls are added to the fray for each type of sin. If there are too many sins, Jake will fumble and your soul is doomed to Hell. But if he succeeds, your soul can go on to The Wraith, who will pass final judgement and bring you to your ultimate fate.
The Wraith is the final arbiter of justice, though he is not inherently good or evil. Since you have passed a number of grueling tests before reaching him, he will normally take you to Shangri-La. On the off-chance you got through the rest of the Carnival on luck, the Wraith is not equivocal about dragging you away to Hell.
In Shangri-La, you reap the rewards of a righteous life with whatever infinite delights your personal Heaven holds. In Hell's Pit, you are relentlessly tortured (both physically and mentally) until you realize and truly repent the error of your ways. There is also a mysterious place known as "Echoside", which supposedly is even worse than Hell.
On The Unveiling (the final track of the Shangri-La album), ICP revealed that The Dark Carnival is none other than God. Many Juggalos hated this idea, believing it completely incongruous with what had come before. This is not the case, as it was hinted throughout the previous albums (especially on Great Milenko and Jeckel Brothers). The idea that God's agents on Earth are a pair of serial killers also came under fire; however, most everyone they kill deserves it in some way (and the few times they do kill innocent people, they themselves go to hell). In other words, the ends justify the means.
Satan is called The Witch on the Hell's Pit album. The Witch tempts mankind away from the path of righteousness. If you take advantage of others for your own benefit (whether financially, sexually or through violence), The Witch has been successful. Interestingly, given the presence of Milenko and Jack Jeckel, it is implied that even The Witch is another agent of the Carnival.
While The Dark Carnival is a metaphor for God, it is not a specific allegory to Christianity or any other monotheistic religion. It may share elements with the dualistic cosmology of the Judaic religions, but Violent J himself has said that he does not believe the same things as the Holy Bible in regards to sin. Judging from the Cards and public statements, the ICP and the Juggalos themselves consider things like rapacious greed, bigotry, and hate in general to be Hell-worthy sins.
