About Me

Disclaimer:
hmmm....it's pretty hard to define myself in a paragraph, so i'm taking the easy way out and just letting someone else do that for me. the following is an excerpt from my facebook profile, written by someone who used to know me pretty well. but...people change and i'm a person, so i'll update this when i figure out who i am again.

"I like to bake brownies, i can re-enact the dance from Napolian Dynamite, i love to play the geetar, and sing really loudy so everyone tells me to shutup!!! They are just jealous!!! I can code you any program you want, super CS maniac, and i work at GP, where i also code useless stuff to replace my current job. I like pins and needles, by the way."

I should also mention that everything is false...except the part about pins and needles

My Interests

Listening to music, playing music, watching sports (except golf), playing sports (especially golf). As much as I hate to admit it, I do like making a brownie every now and then (and I don't mean reproducing). Hanging out with friends is pretty swell as well.

I'd like to meet:

my future wife...eventually. or someone else that's pretty cool.

Music:

The Mars Volta, Jimmy Eat World, Jack Johnson, Muse, Switchfoot, U2, AFI, Death Cab (but only in small doses or I'd kill myself), Postal Service, The Killers (minus track 4), Franz Ferdinand, Manu Chao, Donavan Frankenreiter (sp?), Green Day (American Idiot is amazing), ... the list goes on and on.

Movies:

Man On Fire, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Garden State, Snatch, Kill Bill 2 - I think those are my top five.

Television:

Remember that show Junkyard Wars? NO?! Well, it was pretty much the awesomest show. TBS syndicated sitcoms such as Seinfeld, Friends, Everybody Loves Raymond are pretty good too.

Books:

Assassination Vacation (and that other book written by Sarah Vowell), Naked Pictures of Famous People (and that other book written by Jon Stewart), Angels and Demons (and that other book written by Dan Brown), and of course...the C Programmer's Pocket Guide.

Heroes:

My parental units. Their parental units. and John Leonard Bahr III.
