Seasons of Murder
From the cold corners of Anchorage, Alaska comes the hot new thrash act Seasons of Murder. Fusing hardcore and metal stylings into an intense presentation of audio murder, Seasons of Murder unleashes music that is brutal and unstoppable and shakes you down with its blistering grooves.
Free Expression
Music is a great stress reliever and one way it accomplishes that is by allowing one to pound out one's feelings via music. ..Music is a form of free expression. It just makes me feel good to play music,.. says Season of Murder. ..It doesn't matter what style you play. If it's in tune and on time, it's all good... Regardless of style, music allows cleansing expression of one's emotions. In the case of Seasons of Murder, that cleansing comes from hard-hitting metal.
Independence
Metal has always been about independence and standing up for one's self and nobody knows that better than Seasons of Murder. This is a band that strives with each song to create a sound that is distinctly its own. Yet at the same time, the band is aware .. and fully so .. of the huge tradition in which it stands and so audience accessibility is a vital part of its sound. Respecting tradition yet carving its own niche is an important element of this up-and-coming band's musical philosophy.
Busy
Metal is unrelenting and so Seasons of Murder is always in the practice room, in the studio, doing something to further its musical expression. The band's members are dedicated musicians and hardcore lovers of metal. This is their life and the passion is evident in the music. Writing and recording are under way on a full-length album to help spread this artist's metal music message. Touring will follow and so will the fans.
