I was born and raised in Philly, PA and there i went to shawmont middle school. I then went to roman catholic high school and became a highly ranked prospect and as a result was given the opportunity to become a student and player at Syracuse University, where I broke many WR records and later became a first round pick in of the Colts in '96.

How Acquired: Harrison was a first round selection of the Colts in the 1996 NFL Draft. The pick was obtained in a trade with Atlanta that sent QB Jeff George to the Falcons.

Coming into the 2005 Season, Marvin is the all time leading Colt reciever and is 7th all time in league history with receptions (845) and 15th in reception yardage (11,185) and 6th in TDs (98). Marvin's average of 6.1 receptions per game (845 in 139 games) for his career is the best average in NFL history. He set an NFL single season record with 143 receptions in 2002, and he has the most receptions over his 1st 4 (311), 7 (665), 8 (759) and 9 (845) seasons of his career more than any NFL receiver in the history of the league. Marvin had 706 receptions in his first 114 career games, which is of note because of the 24 WRs in the Pro Football Hall of Fame, only one (501, Lance Alworth) had as many as 500 receptions in their first 114 games. Along with recievers Reggie Wayne and Brandon Stokley, Marvin became a part of the only trio of recievers on the same team to record double digit TDs in the same season. Among his other accomplishments, Marvin has earned 6 consecutive Pro Bowl appearances, tied for 3rd best in club history. He was a Four-year letterman and three-year starter at Syracuse with career totals of 135 receptions for 2,718 and 20 TDs receiving. He ranked 1st in school history in receiving yards, 2nd in TDs, and 3rd in receptions.
