8 OVER NINE (FORMERLY KNOWN AS ATOMICA) have been together for 5 months. They have gigged around the North West and have ventured down to London early this year. Other band highlights include being played on Hope Uni Radio, Knowsley Community Radio (KCR), Juice FM and a regular blast on the 1st floor of the Krazy House!!!
NEWS
The band are currently working on new material, as well as preparing for the forthcoming live shows at The Zanzibar and The Cavern. The band have also recently begun negotiations with a music video producer / director, Stuart Lanceley, who has formerly worked with some recognised artists such as The Zutons and The Wombats. The bands first video should hopefully be shot during June.
WE'RE GONNA NEED A LOT OF YOU GUYS TO COME DOWN WHEN WE FILM IT TO BE OUR AUDIENCE! SO IF YOU WANNA BE IN IT LET US KNOW! EVERYONE IS WELCOME!

GIG NEWS
The Slaves To Gravity gig went down a storm!!! We had such a good time gigging that night, good to be back on stage!!! Thanks to all for coming to the After Party even tho we can't remember much from it!!!
The next gig will be Sunday May 11th at the Cavern Club. tickets are £4.50 but you can pay on the door. hope to see you all there!
We're also supporting Heavens Basement! (formerly ROADSTAR) at the Zanzibar on the 15th March!!! Hope you all can make it down 'cos it's gonna be a GREAT night!
